I have lived here for 5 years now. This past year lots of good things have happened. Manager Eric really cares about this community alo g with the maintenance man. Things are fixed properly and promptly. Im happy I stayed. It's a small well maintained community.

Erik the property manager has been so incredibly helpful throughout my whole process on finding my perfect apartment. He’s been so patient and kind and I absolutely adore my new place. Highly recommend!!

I moved in 4 years ago. Manager Jennifer and maintenance Dennis were working here. They were the best. Since then they have changed managers and maintenance evey few months . The rent skyrocketed, they charge pet rent and offer no pet stations, I don't even know how it's legal. The neighborhood has turned into a homeless street broken down campers dumping their sewage on the sidewalks, fentynal smokers from the apartment across from us meadows at cascade Park another reason the neighborhood is going bad. I was promised a new front door 3 years ago and still waiting, every year the rain floods my living room and each new manager states we didn't know that, it's just not worth the money and we have no amenities here to justify this high cost..

New management is great I've been living here for almost 2 years and I really like it. it's close to my job,daughter's school and local shops. One thing that has really impressed me since I moved here is the new management team. They really take care of their tenants. Lately I've been putting in more maintenance request for minor wear and tear things and what I can say about the new management is that they make sure your issue is resolved within 24 hours. If they can't resolve the issue right away they will give you a date and time of service with no delays. For example, my washer machine was leaking and at first he thought hose needed to be replace. Turns out I needed a new washer and that is what I got. The rent is affordable the only issue I have is how high it increases annually. But

I received an email confirmation for a viewing to checkout an available apartment, showed up for my appointment early, and stayed 15 minutes late. I also called their office a couple times while waiting, and no one ever showed up or contacted me about the viewing or rescheduling.
