Mark Underwood made our apartment experience great at Somerset Pointe. Mark takes time to really listen to you and turns your situation that needs help into action steps. Mark is an experienced manager that completes what he says he will do. Mark is also highly intelligent and personable too. That is a rare combination. I give Mark 5 stars. .

If you’re reading these reviews because you’re trying to figure out if you should move here, take this as a sign to avoid this place like the plague. Their Google reviews are the lowest of any apartment complex in the area for a reason. I could write a dissertation on all the reasons this complex is awful, but I’ll give you the ones that have impacted me the most. 1. The leasing office staff is horrible. Extremely unresponsive and dangerously unorganized. The turnover rate is so high and every time they get a new property manager, they’re worse than the last one. And good luck trying to get in touch with anyone above the property manager. There is no competent help to be found because you are stuck once you sign a lease. 2. Apartment residents are required to display a parking sticker on their vehicles. However, the problem is that visitors without parking stickers are using the apartment parking spaces, leaving residents with valid parking stickers unable to find parking. The apartment management needs to properly monitor and control vehicles without parking stickers in order to protect parking availability for residents

From the very first phone call to find my client Ms. P residency using her section 8 voucher I was impressed. All of the front office staff is extremely professional and friendly. Never once did my client feel devalued or judged based on her current situation. The maintenance crew is efficient, timely and clean. The grounds are well maintained. Quiet and safe area. SOMERSET is top tier. We have been enjoying our time in the community tremendously.

I wish I could leave 0 star! The apartments.com said they had 2 bedroom available, so I called and made an appointment to tour it. When I arrived the next day, there was this young lady who told me the 2 bed room is not available yet. I showed them the website and she repeated the same thing. And she didn't seem to be sorry at all. She had a proud look. Don't waste your time here.
