DO NOT RENT FROM HERE They have no heat, all the buildings are falling apart, the new maintenance crew is terrible the don’t fix anything. No matter how many times you complain about the same thing it won’t get fixed. I’ve been here for 9years just for the convenience but this by far has been the worst year ever. I’ll be moving as soon as my lease is up. Cold as it has been they have not attempted to fix the heat yet they go home to nice cozy houses I’m sure. I’ve contacted the village of Alsip also 311 to file complaints. They quick to demand rent go up on rent and charge late fees for this dump. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This property is terrible. Horrible maintenance and management. I’ve been living here 4 years and finally I have saved to leave. The last year especially, there has been a severe decline in the upkeep/maintenance. The leading staff is also VERY rude and incompetent.

I just had to make a police report because bronco fron maintenance trasspassed and entered apartment without permission and was caught on camera. My mother made a maintenance request on december 9 2024 for a clogged toilet where the drain was backed up and filled toilet with human waste. We waited a whole month and they never came to fix the issue. My mom had to live in an apartment smelling like human and unsanitary conditions. After a month i had to pay a company to get it fixed. On february 2025 management was notified of a big issue with the ceilings on apartment where thet started to hang plaster cracking and falling and paint peeling. April came and they never bothered to fix the issue. It took me to tell them that i was going to pay a company to fix it since they never did within th

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The staff here are RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS!!. The building ALWAYS STANK! And they refuse to clean them . They will tow your car no matter what time of day for no reason at all . They allow tenants cars to be broken into and refuse to put cameras in these dangerous parking lot . I've been a resident for about 4 years now and I've enjoyed my time here. The management team has changed over the years but I was always greeted with respect. If I ever had any issues with the apartment (which were minimal) maintenance was always available within 24 hours. Parking is now very plentiful due to the new regulations in place. This is nice place for anyone who lives a quiet lifestyle.
