Honest Review (Heads Up for Future Residents) I have been living in this community since late 2019. In the beginning, management was responsive and professional, and I was satisfied with my experience. However, over the past year, communication has significantly declined. Emails often go unanswered, and it has become difficult to get timely or clear responses regarding important matters. Even when concerns are raised multiple times, follow-up is limited or nonexistent. I asked them cooperate number,as they says we don’t have it. Does it make sense? Extremely disappointed

I’ve lived here for years and it’s been a great place to live. The community is quiet and well kept. Stephanie is always helpful and easy to work with whenever something comes up. Love it here!

I am extremely disappointed with the apartment community. Enforced unfairly and without transparency, and management ignores legitimate concerns. 3 months I moved out still waiting for my security deposit refund. Tried calling multiple times - un answered left multiple voice messages requesting a call back-no response, visited in person-assistance property manager busy I was not allowed to meet . only after my in person visiting I had received a call form assistance property manager. I strongly advise prospective renters to think twice before moving here. I cannot recommend !! Living here has been a nightmare. The maintenance team is completely unreliable and refuses to address serious issues. I have an extremely old stove that breaks down multiple times a week (literally 5 times in one week), yet they keep sending people to “fix” it instead of replacing it. The maintenance supervisor is very rude and pretends to be professional, but in reality he wastes both your time and his by refusing to make permanent fixes. On top of that, my AC unit looks like it’s from the 1990s and clearly doesn’t work properly, but they refuse to replace it no matter how many times I report it. When you escalate problems to upper management, they take forever to respond and all you hear is “we are working on it” without any action. Meanwhile, there are constant insect problems around

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel I have no choice after months of waiting for a response. I had planned to move into this apartment and paid the required security deposit, along with all non-refundable fees such as the application fee. Before my move-in date (late July), I cancelled my application. I completely understood that the non-refundable fees would not be returned. However, the refundable portion of my security deposit has still not been processed, even though it has now been over two months (it is early October). I initially received a response from the leasing office that it would be handled, but no follow-up ever came.
