Solutions in Lending was helpful once I started my fix and flip business. I was new in the industry and wasn’t certain about how the DSCR process worked. They were helpful and now I’ve had great success with 3 properties so far. I highly recommend them.

Horrible experience. Chris will talk a good game to bate you in, but will immediately become unresponsive thereafter. This is concerning, especially after a person provides personal and confidential information about themselves. Therefore, this is a 0 out of 10 and would never recommend type of deal. Don’t bother wasting your time.
