Soluna Townhomes

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They recently closed their onsite leasing office. So it is impossible to get a live person on the phone when calling their numbers. All you get are voice-mail options and then an email from someone who doesn't care to look into a situation properly. Every tenant is just another dollar in their bank account. They do not care about any of our concerns. Newcomers pay less rent than the loyal people who have been here for years. They have 1 man doing all the maintenance work (he deserves a full staff for help) and they could care less how overworked he is. People do not stay after their 1 year lease for a reason. The turnaround rate in their leasing office is high for a reason: everyone hates working here. You can tell by how they speak yo you

The biggest mistake of our lives was to move to this place. They charge a 10% late fee if you are even a day past your rent date. They could care less about the working class. This place is a cash cow. The lack of compassion is something I have never experienced. The quality of this place has gone extremely down since we moved here a year and a half ago. Our AC unit always has issues. Our laundry machine always has problems. We have problems with our electricity all the time. Stay away from here.

I had plans to rent in these townhouses but I have friends who live in these condos, in my opinion I do not recommend these townhouses. Because their kitchen was damaged and they replaced it but they charged them for it, they added it to their rent, I have never seen that, their lights were damaged and after 5 months they went to fix them and they did not fix them because she had things in her house that are normal for a family to have in their house. But they did not fix them because of those things. Who cares how you live inside your house if you are paying your rent. Please do not rent there if you want to live in peace. Think carefully and read everything and ask

The place is nice and quiet, I've lived here for more than a year! The bad thing is that it only has a pool and when it is not closed it is dirty or very badly washed, they should hire a company that does the job well and leave it shiny because that it is the only thing the community has. Now taking that the price of the houses is very high with respect to the market and for old tenants who have no benefit if they decide to renew.

My experience in the townhouses at Soluna, in Naples, Florida, has been wonderful. It is a very friendly and peaceful community that is always kept clean and has a high level of security. That’s why I highly recommend it, 100%.🏡🏡
