Officially part of the Soltera community! 🎉 We can’t thank Makenzie enough. As first-time renters, we had *a lot* of questions, and she answered every single one with so much patience and kindness. The complex is beautiful, both the upstairs and downstairs layouts are stunning. We especially loved the “Cool” color scheme!

Soltera Rolling Pines is an amazing community! From the moment you arrive, the property is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The homes are modern, thoughtfully designed, and truly feel like a place you can call home. The team is friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes the entire experience even better. If you’re looking for a brand-new community with great vibes and excellent service, I highly recommend Soltera Rolling Pines!

Makenzie has been great, she’s has answered all questions and explained everything great. Her personality and attitude is hard to find, she has outstanding customer service since day 1! I’m so excited to be moving into Soltera Rolling Pines in the next few weeks! The community and surrounding area are exactly what I’ve been looking for—peaceful, welcoming, and well-kept. From everything I’ve seen so far, it feels like a place I’ll truly enjoy calling home. I can’t wait to get settled in and become part of the community!

We are getting ready to list our home for sale and have started looking at options where we’d like our next home to be…we’ve found it here! Carol was kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel so welcome, even though the property is still under construction. She immediately sent us all the information we’ve requested, and she’s ready to help us choose our floor plan. We could not be more excited!

Went and toured. The pricing is horrible compared to similar apartments in the area not to mention they try to rent you a little tiny house for two grand a month when you can get a four bedroom in the corner area for less than that properties brand new, but is nowhere near worth the amount of money they want for it.
