In six months they built us a beautiful well constructed home to with stain hurricane force winds. It's like living at a resort area and never going home. The amenities are plentiful. The lifestyle here is top of the line. Your in a great neighbor where everyone is so helpful to you. Check this place out you will not be disappointed in fact you might buy one.

Sorry to say it is not my cup of tea. Home designs, layout and amenities are great but quite dull and depressing to see empty streets, shut down homes, hardly a passer by, empty pools. Coming from a vibrant urban living it is too quiet a neighborhood that all of a sudden makes you feel lonely. Their are activities and clubs and one vibrant facility with a nice gym and swimming pool but how long can you spend there! All in all it is ok for people who likes quiet living.

They have two beautiful courses and we play the Cyprus today very very difficult course. Especially the first time you play it. It's a beautiful retirement community with all the amenities you can think of. I cannot wait to get out there again thank you solivita

The ambiance and picturesque community is lovely; unfortunately, there are many shortcomings in some of the amenities and the ambiance outside the community is especially disappointing. The traffic is depressing and the lack of infrastructure outside the community is appalling. Next is the myth of the 3 restaurants. In reality only one is a true restaurant that is open daily and the food and service are subpar. The second can be best described as a deli with overpriced mediocre food. The third Mosaics is truly a good restaurant, but it is only open 3 days a week for fine dining so a big letdown. I also find the HOA fees are becoming more and more unreasonable. I am only renting here and am glad I didn't buy a house. I don't plan on staying long.

Very well thought-out and complete active senior community. Well designed and well maintained. I personally was concerned about the size of the development, but that said, I believe those concerns would quickly fade. I will visit in the late fall, I believe all the new model homes will be available for showing by then.
