Update 10/31/25: My new dream home is almost complete amd I pick up the keys today. This has been the most amazing experience with Jennifer and her team at Solitaire Ft Worth. Jennifer has coordinated every step of the process from delivery and setup to water, electric and septic installation to getting our dream decks built. All of the contractors have been amazing and done excellent work and quickly too. I cannot recommend Jennifer and Solitaire Ft Worth enough!!! WARNING!!!DO NOT USE OR TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! More lies these people have told us. We were delivered a house that was damaged. We were told they would repair it before we moved in. After a much longer process than they promised they still didn't fix the problems. They have yet to do something as simple as put a screen door on the front. This door was blown off in a storm while on their property after we closed. They promised to replace during closing. Then after so many problems, the regional manager stated he was giving us a 500 Amazon gift card. He sent some email with a fake gift card number that did not work and was not associated with Amazon. These houses are poorly made and you will not get good service. They offer you bonus to leave good comments. Our family has now filed a complaint

Where do I begin I paid a visit on Saturday Zane and Jennifer where excellent.I really just was going to gather information had no idea of trying to purchase. To be honest I didn't believe it was in the cards for my husband and I. But they not only help give us more than one option they got us approved by 2 lenders. As I stated before we didn't see this happening for us but it did. If you are looking for a family type energy Soltaire Homes of Fort Worth is the place to go. It was my 1st and last stop. Solitaire is the absolute way to go!! Jennifer, Sydney, and Zane have been amazing in this whole process. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and kept us updated on the whole process. Customer service and hospitality are their normal way of business. That’s a quality and characteristic that is hard to find these days. Solitaire homes themselves are a top notch quality, well built and designed, turn key, solid option. If I ever needed one again, this would be the company I would go with.
