Ask for frank. Be honest with frank. He's not a salesman like you expect. He's not commission focused. Put some faith in the man. He's doing a service. Tell him how you feel about things. Don't hold back. The more he knows the better he can do. He cares about doing a good job. Wants you to be happy with the outcome. He's just not a mind reader. Gotta be straight with him. That's not always easy. Often ill advised. This is an exception.
