I sincerely hope anyone looking to rent does not consider homes listed by this company. The lease is written in a way that allows them to charge for the most basic things that most leases would cover under normal wear and tear. Our lease stipulated that tenants pay for scruff marks on the wall, so we were charged 630 for paint even though we didn't hang up a single frame or shelf. We were also charged to snake a drain and change a light bulb that had gone out. These fees, along with a cleaning fee cost over 800 dollars. Having worked with Liezel, Soldsense and Red Umbrella Management, I would caution anyone from working with them in the future.

I could not have asked for a better experience as a first-time homebuyer. Liezel was patient in teaching me through the process. She held my hand the entire time and made sure I was well represented and taken care of. She was open to hearing my plentiful questions and giving me speedy, honest answers. I am very happy I trusted my gut in using Soldsense for this process. It is scary when you are first doing this and there are so many realtors to choose from. But trust me, you cannot go wrong here. You will be in the best hands from the first time you say "hello".
