Solaris Ranch Apartments

I have lived here since 2016. Been through 5 management changes. I have read some of the reviews; I have not witnessed any of the negative issues mentioned. In my opinion, the negativity is the result of occupiers actions. As far as maintenance, they are friendly; some may argue that they are slow but that is because it is only one person on the grounds and he work two properties. Overall, current management and management right before are great. They do their best to get to you and make sure all needs are met in a timely manner; current management is the reason for 5 stars.

Great apartments! The property manager is amazing and she made everything so smooth we moved 4 weeks ago and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone I see myself living here for a couple of years!

DO NOT RENT THERE, IT IS NOT THE BEST The Property needs good management, the grass is neglected, the pool is not in service, the Garbage around it is impressive, for the cost of housing I understand that it should be better maintained. The administration has to be more careful of the property. For me it is in negative percentage more because of how the rent has increased, it is an old house and its upgrade has not been the best.

I am giving this review and I have not lived. I wanted to live but it became impossible for me to communicate by phone and in person with the administration. Called and left messages with my number and they never called back. I went to see the property from the outside and it was good to get there, the pool was green, the surroundings were dirty and the office was closed and it was 10:30 AM. I thought I was in the wrong place because the photos looked good. It is better to arrive at the place and see everything with your own eyes. The Administration should be more aware of the messages that one leaves for rent, and the office should be open from 8:30 am at least. VERY BAD WORK BY THE ADMINISTRATION. That service is very poor.

I leased in 2021-2022 and during that time frame management was hardly ever here. She would either leave early, wouldnt come or hard to keep in touch when in office. During that time frame trash was everywhere including parking, in between a/c units and the courtyard/pool area. I even had my car broken into and i was told they were gonna add cameras but never did. There’s sign thru out the building that they have surveillance but that is false and misleading to the residents and future tenants. I left & came back in 2023 since it’s closer to work and etc. Around Aug-Nov there was a new manager and honestly she’s done more improvements and has been doing a fantastic job. Communication and maintenance request have been a breeze and she’s reliant and understanding. The only down side is the r
