Solaris at Kissimmee Apartments

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, and the maintenance is truly extraordinary. Everything is always kept in excellent condition, and it really feels like home. Gaby and Amanda did an extremely amazing job making sure everything fit our needs, wants, and most importantly, our budget. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, they surprised us with a beautiful gift set of spatulas, spoons, and forks, a $200 Amazon gift card, and 2 months free, which was incredibly generous. I genuinely love this apartment so much and couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here. 💖✨

This apartment community is excellent—brand new, beautiful, and honestly feels very high-end. The finishes look luxurious, everything is clean and well organized, and because it’s new it really feels like you’re the first person moving in. The leasing manager, Amanda, was amazing. She’s a wonderful person—super kind, patient, and truly helpful. She helped me a lot, gave me a discount, and everything was very clear with no hidden fees. She was also so sweet with my family—she even played with my son and made us feel really welcome. The location is very nice, the property looks great, and I also received two months free, which was a huge help. Highly recommend!

I'm so thankfull to meet Gaby. as soon as we open the door she was very friendly, took us on a tour and show us one of the apartments me and my wife felt in love with the way the apartments are set up all the things that they offer. We apply the same day and they got us approved Gaby help us alot and made us feel special in the process it was quick and essay . BE AWARE! I signed my lease back in August 2025 with a scheduled move-in date of October 2025. At the time, the property was still under construction, and I was later informed that my move-in date would be postponed to November 2025. In December, I followed up regarding the status of the carriage homes and was advised that the property had not yet received the necessary city permits for occupancy. In January 2026, I was informed that the permit had finally been approved, and I scheduled my move-in date for January 23, 2026. While traveling from South Florida to Orlando for the scheduled move-in, I lost my SoFi Bank debit card. As SoFi does not have physical branch locations in Florida, I immediately notified the Property Manager of the situation. I was advised that I would not be permitte

We ended up moving somewhere else that was closer to where we work, but wanted to write a review anyways because of how wonderful the staff was. We were really considering this place all the way down to the end, but it came down to location. I can see why all the reviews are so positive. Amanda and Gaby really are incredible. They have outstanding customer service skills without being inauthentic. The complex and units were nice as well. Just wanted to let people know and thank the staff for all the time and back/forth they spent with us. We really do recommend this property and would’ve chosen to live here if we worked out of or closer to Kissimmee.
