Solara at Wellington

I moved to Florida in 2024, and I was blown away by how smoothly Solara in Wellington handled the leasing process. They were super inclusive, even though I was in New Jersey and had never been to Florida before. The community is super quiet and well-maintained, and the common and social areas are really comfortable. My family moved from another country and found a great place to start our new life, and New Horizon Elementary School is an excellent option for kids. All the staff at Solara are super friendly and always ready to help us out with anything we need. I left the community feeling really grateful for the time my family and I spent there. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to live, close to great schools and stores, and a mall, I highly recommend Solara. Thank you Lindsay Allen

Love the community here. Quiet, friendly people. Clean & up-kept mostly. The only thing that upsets me is that the front gates have been in service one single day since I moved in, and it was an awesome day it worked great. I know some people may find it a petty complaint but it’s really upsetting as it was promise made when I moved in that they were to be up & fully functional within the next month. That was now 7 months ago.

Justin was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, he made the entire leasing process so smooth and stress-free. He was extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. He helped me get situated quickly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate his kindness and efficiency — you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. Highly recommend working with Justin!

Welcoming community and friendly office staff! Justin has been very helpful, informative, and quick to help with any questions and concerns. The community feels safe and quiet, and the location is super convenient to shops and restaurants. Overall, I've had a great experience living at Solara so far!
