Cheryl has been so helpful! Having our home destroyed in November and, after spending an exorbitant amount on Airbnbs, we were so relieved to learn that we could remain local for an affordable cost. We are so grateful for a neighborhood that is pleasantly mixed with families, singles, friendly couples and people my age (without having to go into a retirement community!). I love my daily walks and our first month has been such a wonderful place to land after such a devastating event. So grateful.

I lived at Solana Ridge for two years. Overall, my living experience was acceptable. The interactions with the leasing office were mostly positive, and the maintenance team was responsive and timely. However, there were ongoing issues with certain neighbors, including persistent smoking odors, which were quite frustrating. Unfortunately, my move-out experience was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the rest of my time at the community. I was charged multiple additional fees after moving out, despite having a scheduled pre-move-out inspection conducted by property-approved personnel. I never received any written report or feedback from that inspection, so I had no opportunity to address or fix any issues beforehand. I have lived at Solana for about 5 years now. I think that the maintenance and landscapers keep the property looking very nice. If any little thing comes up in my apartment they fix it quickly. I love seeing Oscar (maintenance) in the morning because he's friendly and always greets you. If you do move in I hope you have the experience I had. Renee (leasing agent) helped me moved in and still works here. She is super friendly and always so helpful. Thank you Renee for always helping me with renewing leases! Also in the five years, I have always felt safe here and I am happy to call Solana home.

Very unprofessional when it comes to moving out. I will eventually go in dept with the issues once I hear back. Moved out almost a month ago and called for an update on our deposit that was $1k and the person I spoke to stated that we wouldn’t receive anything back. I get keeping a certain amount the whole amount is insane considering what the maintenance guy had mentioned what I should pay. Which on inspection day very unprofessional. I had to drive around to find the maintenance guy and turns out he was never told about it just like that never told him about the pre-inspection which of course I had to call to let them know what was going on. The next day the maintenance guy told me he was never communicated about the pre-inspection. They should really work on communication with each othe

I’m having an excellent experience living at these apartments. The property is always well-maintained, and the welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere truly makes me feel at home. Supervisor Rohany Aguiar provides outstanding service, consistently going above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
