Any time I’ve reached out, they’ve been responsive and handled everything in a timely manner. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing great service and creating a positive community experience. I had the pleasure of touring with Ericka and she was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, warm, and outgoing from start to finish. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and welcoming while still being extremely knowledgeable and informative. The building itself is ritzy, upscale, and beautifully designed. The finishes are stunning and you can really tell attention to detail was a priority. Everything felt luxurious and well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and Ericka truly made the tour memorable. I highly recommend touring with her!

We loved living at the Solaire. It was an interim home as we were moving from DC to northern Vermont. We liked the community: markets, restaurants, services, the Metro, all only a few blocks away. The building is modern and efficient with excellent security, parking and storage space. The staff are superb, from the leasing office to maintenance to the exceptional concierge staff. Special thanks to Djwan and Michael for all their help and good cheer. They exemplify what personal service should be. We had to move on, but our memories of the Solaire will bring smiles wherever we are.

I moved in last summer. The property manager Nicole made my experience seamless.As a resident that has been here since the building has opened, I can ensure you that Nicole and Benjamin have made a huge turnaround in this building. From the office responsiveness, to the upscale resident events, longer pools and adding new equipment in the gym. I have seen plenty of people move out and the building get quieter and cleaner. I think our management office is finally holding tenants accountable for there actions. I have officially renewed for an additional year. If you are looking for a nice, luxury place in silver spring with a team that is responsive and holds everyone accountable within the building, this place is for you!
