Sola Westchase

If you have any sense you should not move to these apartments. They collect your funds/money order in the quickness but upon move out its no where to be found. Not to include I had to clean my apt on move in day, yes I had to clean (see a few of the pictures attached). I want put full blame on them but since they took over nothing seemed correct or as before when I previously live on the property. STAY AWAY!!!! They are not luxury Apts but section 8 produce better quality then this unit unlike the one before I resided in. This unit had no A/C that wasn't fixed till almost a month later, large brown stains on the beige carpet, chewed up walls with kibble and bits constantly being found. I’ve had such a great experience with Sola Westchase. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very welcoming from the moment you arrive. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the grounds are always clean and taken care of. What really sets this property apart is the management team. Took a tour of the property. Was shown a two bedroom and it was beautiful!! Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The grounds were clean and amenities such as the pool and fitness center are well maintained!! Looking forward to moving here!!

I just want to share how impressed I am with Sola Westchase Apartments! The community is absolutely beautiful and well maintained, from the resort style pool and spa to the modern fitness center that’s open 24 hours. The clubhouse has such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the gated community makes it feel safe and private. The staff here, especially Norma, are so friendly and professional. She truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I also love that they’re pet-friendly and even adding a Pet Park soon! If you’re looking for a place with luxury living, great amenities, and a wonderful team that treats you like family, I definitely recommend Sola Westchase.

Love living here! Leasing agent Nea L. Has been great with questions and concerns. She’s Always so nice, and goes above and beyond ! Not to mention Grounds are kept clean, and coffee station is a plus for me! Def stop by if you’re looking I recommend !
