We are very pleased to recommend Soigne Homes. They did two projects for us in McCall. The first was building a new guest house for us (which we used while the second project was underway). They did a fabulous job for us. The owners, Samantha and Austin Brown, were on site almost every day. If they weren’t there, one of their team members was and the team was great—friendly, courteous, and hard working. Their attention to detail was superb. This was the first house we ever built and Sam and Austin made it easy with great suggestions for improvements and cost savings. I personally worked with Austin and Samantha Brown (Soigne Homes) on the construction of a very complex custom home at Tamarack Resort. This was not the first custom home I had built in my life, but it was the absolute best experience. Austin Brown is a very detail-oriented builder, and he and Samantha care deeply about producing a quality product. There was no "cutting corners" with Soigne Homes; everything was constructed in a meticulous and dedicated manner. I would sum up my experience by saying this... If I were to build another custom home in the McCall / Tamarack Resort area of Idaho, Soigne Homes is the only builder I would use. You might find another builder that will promise you a slightly cheaper price, but in the end, you'll just pay more than if you did it correctly the

Austin & Sam make a great team. Conscientious, hard-working, and an eye for detail and more importantly, listened to my concerns. It was exciting to share an idea about design, build it and then seeing the final product. That is their approach to most things. They built the house that we love and enjoy everyday. Highly recommend these two for any building/construction needs you might have, you won’t be sorry.
