If the rating only had a zero...I got a final application letter in the mail...I called twice before the 7 days of the post date on the letter to make an appointment to see the apartment....when you leave a message it goes to an email...I left a message with my email...the second call I left my phone number no one contacted me back...now I get a withdrawal letter because I didn't send in my application in time...last time I checked you were supposed to make an appointment to see the apartment FIRST before deciding if you like it...if you do like it then you fill out the application...and if you don't it goes to the next person on the waiting list...Whoever is managing that place needs to do better with leaving messages

We have been living here since 1.5 years and tbh i love living here. Everything is just perfect. Location , ambiance , apartments , maintenance. But the only thing that i found very strange is for some reason we wanted to move to a first floor apartment and when we talked to faculty they said that they have renovated the apartments and they have increased the rents now. It would be good if there was any concession for the tenants who are already living but the new rent is same for everyone which is the only factor i will have to look for a new place otherwise if they agree to give the new apartment with some concession i would have stayed for much longer time. Buildings are old, whether they are renovated or not you can hear your neighbors talk and stomp around. I asked to move into a new unit due to my upstairs neighbors being so loud and management told me they've received numerous complaints about them but are not sure how they want to handle it.... The owners only care about renting out the apartments and not their tenets. As I was moving into the new unit there were human feces in the toilet, amongst other things wrong. When I told the manager, Isaac, these issues he told me I was not "giving him any real reasons why I didn't want to move in". I requested to stay in my current apartment but they had already rented it out (before my move out date) and made me pay 2 months rent to break lease for an apartment they had already rented out. I would love it here if we didnt have such an issue with bugs. On our side of the building we dont get too much sunlight, so during every season besides winter we get SO many ants and centipedes. We are contemplating moving before the summer because no matter how much is sprayed by pest control, they keep coming in through the foundation because we never have windows or doors open and we keep it clean in here. If there was something done about it maybe pest block all around the apartment or something then we would stay as long as it was effective… but bugs are a deal breaker for me unfortunately

The apartments are super clean, there is a small dog park. There are reviews that say the walls are super thin but I never hear anything in the hallway. The only time I hear anything is in the bathroom and that’s very rare! The basketball courts and playgrounds are nice and maintained well. The paths between the apartments is lit up at night which adds to the charm of woodland manor!
