Sofi Gaslight Commons

Ever since the switch in management, my experience here has gone downhill. There are constant fire alarms, which not only disrupt my day but also stress out my cat every time they go off. I also had a package stolen, and unfortunately management offered no real help or resolution. On top of that, the trees in front of the building drop these berries that smell exactly like vomit. They’ve ruined multiple pairs of my shoes already, and nothing has been done about it despite the ongoing issue. I really hope the management takes these concerns seriously, because this place used to be much better.

Service was excellent. The team handled my service request with care and efficiency. This is an excellent community and the staff truly takes care of this place. I highly recommend moving to the SoFi Gaslight Commons

The new management team has been a disappointment. Trina, the new property manager, lacks warmth and engagement, making the community feel less inviting. It seems more like a rigid operation than a place that fosters connection, and the overall atmosphere has shifted in a negative way. While the previous management had its issues, this team has proven to be even more ineffective. The absence of community activities has only made things worse, especially now, in the summer, when you’d expect fun events to bring residents together.

Big shoutout to the maintenance team! Every time I submit a request, they follow up on time. For a recent issue, I logged it through the portal and also flagged it to JP. Madan and Naijshua came by today and handled it with care and kindness. Appreciate the great service and positive attitude. Thanks, team!

this review is specifically for German, Madam and Jp who fixed my water heater within minutes of showing up after my request. They are incredibly friends and easy going. They worked as a team and got the job done.
