Sofi at Topanga Canyon

Visited this area to see family. Horrible tenants living here. I am from the south where people are so pleasant. I can see why people are leaving this state. I was attempting to exit the garage, a hideous man comes out of his vehicle and states that I am in the wrong lane and threatens me. How unkind to someone that is visiting? I told him to “BE NICE” and hopefully he can get right with Jesus. He rolled up his window and continued on. He felt the need to gesture and express his discontent while assisting to open the garage door but was disgusted. Then he drives off like a coward. Why say this to someone that was having a good day, and it was my birthday and he just ruined it. I will be reporting him and his behavior to management, but expect rude, selfish, unkind people here. I almost go

Please do something about the guest parking situation. Residents are using the few guest spaces as their own . There is also a utility truck and a GMC parked in the 2 spaces on Topanga. These two vehicles never move !!!!! It’s impossible to have a visitor over due to this parking issue.

Don’t move here. This is the worst “luxury” apartment I’ve ever lived at. The elevator literally got stuck with someone in it, dogs pee in every hall way and elevators, the fire alarm goes off all the time. They also have limited visitor parking, but the residents use it as their own parking space, so real visitors can’t use it. Actually complained to the office about it, because there are “rules” and still have yet to have a response. Gave it 1 star, because I had to.

This maintenance request of car charger took over 3 weeks to be completed and it can potentially turn into a recurring issue but property owners took a long time to decide while stranding Tenants. Not only that but management constantly ignored my emails.

Ana was AMAZING!!! The leasing office is super polite and willing to work with you. Highly recommend!
