SoEL District Lofts

I have lived here since July, and I have nothing but positive experiences to say about living here and management. After having to find an another roommate Tad was so kind and understanding while going through this difficult process. Tad and utilities also helped me get my cat out from behind my water heater when I was in distress. This is truly one of the best places to live!!

I toured Soel District Lofts and fell in love instantly! The entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly exciting. Tad, the district manager, was absolutely amazing—friendly, informative, and genuinely made me feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment I walked in. The units are stunning—modern layouts, beautiful finishes, and so much natural light. I could immediately picture myself living there. The amenities are just as impressive. Everything feels clean, secure, and thoughtfully maintained. Based on my experience so far, I’m confident this will be a comfortable and well-managed place to live. The property and management were amazing here!! We had no issues during our time here, any kind maintenance issue we had was fixed within 24 hours! We got super lucky with this place and Tad was an amazing person to accommodate with!! We appreciated how friendly and helpful all the staff were! HIGHLY recommend this place!

Quick response to maintenance requests! I’ve never had to wait to have an issue addressed. Our Manager Tad is very responsive and kind, and maintenance man Jason gets things done right away!

Tad was amazing!! He managed to answer all my questions with not only ease but grace and enthusiasm!! I am so excited to get this process fast tracked and he is going to be a major stepping stone with in the process for sure!! I appreciate all his hard work and focus on making sure this is the best decision for me!! Thanks Tad!! 😊
