In my 3rd year at school and it gets worse and worse each day. The service is is terrible. The food is what you expect. The operations manager is very rude and doesn't seem to be enjoying her job. The student employees have no idea what they are doing. The adult workers have zero personality besides boss man, who is the only nice person within the dinning hall. Never have any condiments and the ice cream machine has worked a total of like 3 days. Hopefully the Department of Health is coming pretty soon to fail them. Also an idea, could the corps of cadets and sodexo come up with a plan and give a heads up to the rest of the school what time the rooks head down to chow, so everyone else doesn't have to wait. My expectations are low, but this is just laughable. Please fix it!

I have had some of the worst food ever at my college, and I have to deal with it every day. The quality is wildly inconsistent, and the staff lacks basic sanitation and culinary knowledge. Moreover, they are extremely rude or creepy. I have been a student at Norwich for three years, and the food has only gotten worse with time. There are no healthy options available since the salad bar is almost always contaminated, the fruit is mushy, and you are lucky if you don't get a stomach ache after eating any of the questionable meat they serve. The food alone is enough to make people transfer, and nothing is being done to improve it. If you’re an alumni reading this, please help us. The corps numbers are dwindling, and morale is so low that I don’t believe the school will have cadets in the next

Terrible food the only thing good is the deserts and the sandwich bar but otherwise it's usually the same thing every day. Undercooked or overcooked. Breakfast is always eggs from a homeless shelter or sausage, NEVER the bacon we are promised. They don't wash the lettuce I mean even this guy gets a better bite than I did and he died from it!

The food quality is usually terrible, the salad bar and drink stands usually barely ever restocked, portions are limited by staff often and never enough. The option for students at this university to get food is extremely limited so there should be a much better standard.

Food constantly makes me sick and is consistently undercooked; especially the chicken. Not safe to consume, try and stay away if possible! Dishes are usually dirty and can be contaminated from previous meals.
