Socorro Palms Apartments

Dont expect your deposit back, i lived there for 2 years, paid our $300 deposit twice, when we moved out i expected to get most of the $600 back but got an invoice saying we were being charged $300 for cleanup/paint fee. We left the apartment extremely clean with only small spots needing paint touch up. They tried to say we didnt pay $600 for our deposit until i told her to check my lease. Only then did she say we would get $300 back. This apartment is way too expensive to not have refrigerated air. Also they left us and our 2 kids with an A/C that was not functioning correctly for 3 weeks in August. After 3 weeks of being cooped up in one room most of the days i called to ask to have our rent reduced for the month and only then did they send someone to fix the A/C and it was fixed in less

Manager is very professional. Quick to address my concerns. Very understanding and kind.

I was a tenant for 7 years. Today found out not getting the security deposit back 1. Paint - I had asked about the scuffs and was told to not worry because the same color not longer available, of course Ana no longer works there. 2. Kitchen fee. 3 restroom. I hired someone to leave apartment clean. Apparently kitchen and restroom cleanup fee is for everyone. I wouldn't of hired that person. 4. Patch up work- still pending to see proof of this because there weren't holes when I left . It indicates "grande" as if something large was patched. In conclusion, don't miss out on the final walk thru. And don't clean kitchen or restroom because either way they will charge you. What ever they tell you, make sure you get it in writing.

So I moved in to these apartments back in July and I have nothing but positive things to say about it, the staff is amazing! When I first moved in the apartment was beyond my expectations and I’ve been trying my best to keep it the way they left it for me! Last but not least Katherine the property manager is nothing less then amazing, very understanding and professional I would definitely recommend these apartments if you’re trying to find your next home!

They will do anything to keep your deposit they charged me double the price for cleaning fees when i have pictures of the apartment it was all picked up and cleaned. 150 for kitchen and 150 for bathrooms.
