SoBo Station

My husband and I are so happy to have moved into Sobo Station. The apartment complex is well maintained and clean, the amenities are great, its safe, and the tenants and staff have been friendly and welcoming. Josh Moore was our leasing agent and made the whole process so easy! He’s been so great from the beginning but I have to say that all the staff we’ve interacted with Josh, Kim, Caleb, and maintenance has been wonderful. We are so happy we live here! Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.

Recently moved in and everything is great so far! Very nice community and they keep it clean! Amenities are super nice. Josh was extremely helpful through the entire end to end process from applying to moving and everything in between. The property manager and staff really care about the residents here. 10/10 would recommend.

Sobo is a great place to live. The management is very responsive. They keep the community clean and offer activities every month so there are ways to meet other community members. If you have a dog, you're in for a treat as it's very dog friendly with plenty of furry friends as neighbors. The proximity to Broadway for food, drinks and shopping is probably one of the best areas to live so close to. We walk around the cute neighborhood every day checking out all the old houses.

I’ve lived at Sobo Station since Jan 2025 and am so happy here. Genuinely have zero complaints. Maintenance issues are basically nonexistent and when they do arise, they are easily handled. I love having a parking garage for my car, the location is perfect. My apartment is close to the game room and while that can get a bit noisy at times, it’s never anything crazy. My neighbors are respectful and life is good. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill place to live with all amenities you could possibly think of!
