Edit to respond to the owner: It’s not that I got denied I never got any information at all not even an email back, the worker told me he needed someone else to look over it first I decided to move on cause. Also he could have told us there were already applicants that put in for that place already then like I told him “I would’ve wasted mine or his time”. I also put in an application at another place on the same day but at least she was honest with me and told me there was people ahead of me so at least I didn’t waste my time or money. Also at other places I was told how long the process would take and I asked your worker how long would it take to get approved or denied he said a few hours so why wouldn’t I expect to hear something by Monday? My experience with Sobo was wonderful. I may not have found a house to rent through them but the guy my boyfriend and I talked to while looking for a house by far made us feel the most comfortable out of anyone during the process of looking. Josh was an amazing help and was very easy to talk to as well.

My family and I have been with SoBo property for Abt 3 months. We are extremely happy. They are super nice people to deal with which makes everything much easier and just a better overall experience. You never know what you're going to get when it comes to businesses but I'm excited to say we found a great one! They're quick acting when you have an issue and if they can't fix it that day, they'll do their best to take care of it as soon as they're able. Great customer service!

My husband active military and I applied for a property a couple of days ago. The manager called me the same day to tell me We weren’t approved and questioning why I had such high student loans (non of her business) her words “you won’t be able to pay once your loans kick in” does she even know if I still go to school? Or how long I have to go? Putting that aside she mentioned that they couldn’t count my employer towards income because I just recently got employed (understandable) however I also added my own business did not exaggerate on income because it varies. However when she mentioned we were denied I offered to sent my taxes for the last 2 yrs of my business so she could see whe are able to pay and even without adding my current employees we have never missed a payment on our curre

Staff presents themselves in a professional manner for first impressions. My experience renting a property under their management was unacceptable. Maintenance took months to be addressed, constant lack of communication, my deposit was sent late, and my deposit was deducted without clear explanation. Would not recommend.
