Only Self-Tour Experience — Extremely Frustrating! I showed up on time for my scheduled tour, but this was a complete disaster from start to finish. First, there was nowhere to park — no designated “future resident” parking at all. Second, I had a confirmed tour for 4:30 PM, with both text and email confirmations. I arrived 30 minutes early, waiting for the promised pin code to access the apartment. Time kept passing and nothing ever happened. No code, no updates, no help. When I finally called, I discovered the property management office closes at 4 PM — before my scheduled 4:30 PM tour even began! That means they confirmed me for a tour they couldn’t possibly support. This was a total waste of time and energy. My wife and I even brought our baby with us, driving all the way from Seata

I found my new apartment thru SNR Property Management. The Apartment is gorgeous. I do feel my calls are answered in a fast timely manner and I have had only friendly service with them. I wish my apartment was in a safer location but that’s not on the property management. I appreciate Sean the maintenance guy. He is good communicating and listens with advice given. We love the apartment. We hope we get to stay. Not sure I am willing to pay much more in the location it is in though.
