Snowden Senior

I really like the roominess of the apartments. I have a handicapped bathroom and that's great. When I applied I did request a ground floor apartment but unfortunately I didn't get one and when the elevators are out it's a mess (Rolator use). Occasionally the security doors do not work. It's great the staff will notify the company, but these companies are always ordering parts and it can take week or more. Many residents are disabled and this can be a burden. The neighbors are great!

I love being a resident here at Snowden. The management has been great! They are quick to fix problems, listen to suggestions and are pleasant to just wave and smile. I feel safe at this property. I enjoy the fitness center. I love that the grounds of the property are well kept and looks very nice. I am a happy resident.

5 mangers in 3 yrs. Same with maintenance. Income "restricted" not based. They get a tax credit for who lives there. Rent increases yrly and yet not the same price for all apts. A 1 bedroom is $1004 while a 2 is less. Explain that. Rules arent followed by some residents and still they are there. Place says there are cameras but they "are too costly" to be used. No smoking in building yet you smell it daily as well as marijuana. Current manger and maintenance seem to be the best so far. But it seems like it's the owners that are the issue who are in NC

I've just moved in here a month ago. No problem. If anything needs repairs, it's done right away, if u have a problem, Ashley works with u. Ashley & Paul are very nice & professional. I just recommended a friend to apply in here 😍😍 I just wish they had a trash chute or a dumpster at both ends of the building. This is a Senior Citizen building which means a lot of residents can't walk that far to empty their trash. I've seen a bunch of folks with wheelchairs & rollators. 💯💯

Carpet in the hallway are filthy on all 3 floors. The front main doors breaks down every other month. People smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their apartments. Pest control has gotten better. Fitness room not open on Saturday's. Water pressure poor in both bathrooms and the kitchen sink.
