Snowden Bridge Sales Center by Brookfield Residential

We loved our experience with the project managers and with the designer! They were super responsive and helpful. We are a bit disappointed with the quality of the wall paint (having young kids we know that flat paint is not ideal). Also a bit disappointed with the quality of the kitchen faucet.

The home is great, except the design. The fact that the architects couldn’t figure out how to put a standard sized washer & dryer in every home is abhorrent. We had weeks of frustration while I was 8 months pregnant trying to locate a stackable washer & dryer that would fit in our townhouse. They are small & overpriced & we ultimately ended up getting something that just barely fit. Now we are having issues with the washer & dryer as they had to be shoved into a closet that was built for one make & model of a washer & dryer that don’t exist anymore. Well, you can get them if you want to pay an arm & a leg more than what we ended up paying for the ones we got. I would have happily given up space anywhere in the whole house to be able to accommodate a proper washer & dryer. Plus the light sw

Visited for a tour a week back. Checked out both the townhomes and the single family homes. We were really interested in the single family homes and asked the sales team to connect us with their lenders so that we can start discussing about purchasing and the pricing. Never heard back from them. The townhouse sales team did follow up though.

I am really happy with the Brookfield home I have. The reps and construction managers were awesome and very thorough with my house. I also was very impressed with the upgrades the house could have as well as the standard items. I am really happy with my home and look forward to many years of joy in it!

I'm building with Brookfield. So far, so good. Those who say that Snowden Bridge is "too far" out have a different standard that me. I was raised in rural Texas where anything closer than an hour drive is "local". A veteran, nearing SSA retirement age, there is the: -- Radio-controlled airplane flying club field (25 min radius) -- Winchester shopping, Masonic Lodge, & small University (20 mins) -- Regional medical center (15 mins) -- VA hospital & large Farmer's Market (20 min) -- My Church (10 min) -- Interstate Access, Walmart, Home Depot, Restaurants (Texas Roadhouse, McD, Tropical Smoothy, et. al.), MD Offices, Urgent Care, Storage Facilities [2], and Gun Club (5 min) -- Gym/Pool (3min)
