There are many cosmetic issues, concerns with clean beds and poor planning. However, I requested my money back because the house was only 40°. The heat didn't work and the only firewood was the few bundles I brought myself. It was rationed to stay warm over night as the weather was bad (certainly in no one's control) so we left bright and early when the fire went our. Amanda's helpful demeanor quickly changed when faced with a complaint and she was horrible to deal with then. They refuse to give me a full refund.

Im so happy we made the choice to go with Snow Mtn Properties. Every home is absolutely beautiful. Amanda Moore is the agent in office who helped me get through everything. She was very quick to respond to my emails. She always returned the phone call with in the time she said she would with all the answers to my questions. She made the process so easy and less stressful for myself. She was very helpful. Snow Mtn has only the best of the best in the region. No refunds period, what a joke. 99.9% of reputable companies have a 30 day policy. What a joke. I do not recommend.
