I have now done 3 mortgages with Joe Weiss over the years. Some may think that mortgages are commodities but that is far from true. Joe educated me on all of the pros/cons of the various options including when a refinance makes sense. He is a straight shooter who has always provided the most competitive rates (trust me, I shopped him!) and understands the process. He will stay on top of you to ensure you are pulling together whatever closing conditions the lenders require. This is especially important in a rising rate environment because you don't want your rate lock to expire.
