They must have people from California being the arbiters of what denotes a need for a mail notification. Because here in Boise Idaho, you can rake leaves on Saturday and have it look like nothing was done by Sunday. If they would like to take the dues that are paid to ensure these are cleaned up in a timetable that meets your expectation, they are welcome to send someone to clean them up at their time and expense. Otherwise, get wrecked.

Wow what a mess. Alex from Brookfields HOA is a clown. He can’t even hold Organic Solutions accountable for not doing their jobs. I pay for this to get done.

Snake River HOA takes such good care of their communities. They are always quick to resolve issues that come up and through my experiences with them I can see that they have the homeowners best interest in mind. They truly care and its obvious through their actions. Geoff and Eric are quick to respond and reply in my communications with them. Top notch!

All these negative reviews are people who have NO idea how their HOA works. Let me give you a quick background: I received a letter from the HOA that I had an "unsightly vehicle in my driveway". It wasn't leaking oil, it didn't have expired tags, it was just ugly. That got me to call and attend a meeting and figure out why the board sent me a letter. I ended up joining the board. I've been a board member for two years now. For those of YOU who have received letters or violations, please understand that Snake River sends them out, but YOUR neighbors on the board are the ones who approved it. Let that sink in a minute. YOUR HOA is YOURS! Go to a monthly meeting, don't blast the messenger about a violation or wait until the annual meeting to complain. Find the time to communica

Snake River HOA has been very professional and has excellent communication. They explained the process of how they work and the purpose we have an HOA and the importance of complying with the CC&Rs to help us hold our property values. I'm very impressed with this company and appreciate the dedication in helping us with our community.
