Charged us for blinds that were severely damaged when we moved in. We never got to use the blinds because of this. Put it in our itemized list but they still charged us. Tried contacting them about it and they ignored our calls and messages. Unprofessional. Make sure you record everything upon move in with these guys.

My partner and I have lived at an SMTX property for a year and a half and have loved it so much! Robert Dorsey was extremely helpful and informative when it came to finding us our perfect rental property. Their maintenance responds very quickly, gathers as much information as they can to ensure that they send out the right people for the job and even gives you multiple time slots so they can work around your schedule! The website is extremely user friendly and has never given my partner or I any trouble when it came to using it. Overall, great company to rent a property through and a wonderful staff to work with!

Michael Nolan at SMTX was our property manager for many, many years. I can't say enough great things about the company. Michael is honest, responsive, communicative, and thorough. He is always on top of everything. We left only when we sold our properties, at retirement. I recommend SMTX without hesitation.
