I was not happy with their services. They took the out application fee and took 3 weeks to reach out to tell me I was not approved after contacting them several times. 7 years ago a previous Landlord gave me a bad reference even though it was not true what they said. I gave supporting documents and still was told they went with a better tenant even though my current landlord which works coincidingly with the property gave me a good reference. Additionally, my daughter's friend rented from them and had additional issues.

Ms Chelsea is extremely professional. and you can tell they truly care who resides on/in their properties.

As renters, we recommend this company. We always felt cared for, and if anything came up it was handled professionally, respectfully and on schedule. Communication was always excellent.

Chelsea!!! That's all I have to say. A Rockstar property manager has always been since I met her.
