Anyone knows a home is supposed to be your peace, but the management company cares nothing about your peace let alone your safety and well being in the home. This is the most disrespectful, money hungry, and unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with. I’m not going to spare you the number of issues that the rental had when the company moved us in. But the worst part is that the bathroom floor was caving in under the toilet and they allowed us to live in the home for almost a week (terrified the floor was going to cave in or cut us while having to use the toilet while the floor was caving). It would have been 2 weeks if I didn’t push how dangerous everything was in the home and at that point they realized they should probably do their job to sustain repercussions. Although the issue

I have to say they’ve been amazing! Everyone I’ve spoken to has been so friendly and easy to talk to. They always responded quickly to my calls and texts and made sure to answer every question I had. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and they were just such a delight to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent! 10/10 on professionalism and communication!

Smart properties has been awesome for the last two years I've been with them! I have never had to wait long for maintenance to come, They are always up to date on everything and the ladies and gents in the office are so kind, and caring and are always there to help you out!
