Imagine handing over 15/percent brokers fee to this realtor. Paying rent every month to get verbally harassed everday when you enter and exit your home?... This is exaxtly what happened to me. I was terrorized by another tenant in the same building for an entire year with ZERO help from Jonas Equities (the management) and Smart NY Realty. I ended up moving out for my mental health because it became dangerous living there. My secuirity deposit was illegally withheld and I am still in court fighting to get it back almost a year after moving out and being terrorized through my entire year paying rent...

Wouldn’t answer any of my inquires on apartments or pick up the phone after telling me to call him back in 15mins. I called back the next day and he continued to dodge my calls and not text me back. Completely unprofessional and terrible at communicating.

I have been in my apartment for three months now. Josh made the process very smooth and easy, almost too good to be true. I viewed the apartment on 2/21 and was approved for the apartment on 2/22.
