This towing policy is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I am extremely disappointed in how aggressively visitor vehicles are being towed at this property. Yes, visitors are expected to register their vehicles, but mistakes and mishaps do happen. There is absolutely no grace period, no courtesy warning, and no reasonable accommodation being made. Instead, vehicles are immediately towed, regardless of whether the parking lot is clearly empty. Towing vehicles on a Monday night, when there is abundant open parking, demonstrates that this policy is not about managing space, it is about generating money. The relationship between this apartment complex and the towing company feels predatory and intentionally designed to profit from residents’ visitors making minor, easily avoidable mistake

Do Not move here! I have lived here for years and I am not renewing my lease. Recently within the last 2-3 months a couple of my packages were delivered to the wrong apartment and the residents these packages were delivered to stole my property which is illegal. I have let the front leasing office know about the crime and the REFUSE TO tell me the resident that stole my package and refuse to confront the resident on the missing items. I have filed a police report and emailed corporate to which they have NEVER RESPONDED. The leasing office refuses to escalate the situation to upper management or corporate with police. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I moved here in June 2025, and it has been an excellent experience. Hope showed me the unit back in late April and all of the amenities, she was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. The maintenance staff is excellent, my washer spin cycle sounded extremely loud, I reported it, and the maintenance staff fixed it right away. The complex communicates effectively via email and text, and I like the Amazon station for us online shoppers. Smart Living On Cullen was definitely a Smart Choice for me.

If I could rate this complex -0, I most certainly would.! WORST experience EVER! Your car will get towed for WHATEVER reason being and that's $400 every single time, Front office ladies are replaced almost every 4-5 months therefore they never know about what is going on, I believe they hire just anyone with no knowledge. Our Truck was stolen from the complex a 2023 GMC DENALI, Gates are easy to get open, they never know anything. Gate remains open at times for weeks, They will threaten you at all times that if rent is paid late you are to be evicted in 24 hours within 5 days of being late. Vehicles are broken into on a daily basis,I have never lived in such horrible place as this. I REGRET ever moving here!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! There is no security nor will they ever get one.

Living here has been great, i don’t get bothered by my neighbors. The pool is kept clean, grills are on for us to use. it’s apartment living sometimes things aren’t going to be exactly how you want it. I personally never had an issue with towing, it’s pretty simple rules just make sure your car is registered and visitors park in visitor parking. I also loveeee the monthly resident events. I go anytime I can, always free food, games and a good time. Parking sometimes can be packed but again I can’t be mad, when I moved in my leasing agent, stated it was first come first serve. I purchase a reserve spot, save me a guaranteed spot. I’ve had a pretty chill time, I also walk my dog on property and the grounds are kept nice and clean.
