The worst place to live. The service is horrendous they are very rude. I was there for one year and a half with payments in time and when we left they sent only one email that went to spam with a humongous and unnecessary bill. Paint of 300 cleaning of 200 and a bunch of other items with no proof of what they needed to fix and they sent me to collection with no need. I knew about the debt when my credit lost 100 points. They have no accountability on giving you a bill or proving what they are supposedly charging me for. I call the office and nobody answers and to top it all the new management is a rude stuck up lady with no empathy whatsoever. Do not move here!!!!

My car window was smashed in. I let the Office know and nothing was done to help or make this situation feel safer for us. They said they have a “courtesy” officer who apparently does nothing. I have seen at least four cars on bricks with tires stolen since I moved in this summer. The apartment complex was nice a couple of months ago and now it is loud every single night, the back part of the complex is constantly full of dirt because there are no plants or gardening done (only in the front to look nice for visitors) found a used condom in the parking lot, and the office charges fees like every other corporate place for any reason possible. I’ve been here for over a year and it’s been amazing. Quiet place super safe. Great location and super clean apartments. Leasing office always helps and never have to worry about things taking forever to get completed. Lovely place to live. Cant say enough good things about this place. Deja and Stephanie has helped with everything and made living here very nice.

My move-in process was very pleasant. The entire complex team is very kind, and you feel welcomed from the first time you step into the office. I’ve been living here for two weeks and so far the experience has been very positive and happy!

Once you signed the lease, they Stop caring nobody ever answers the phone but if you go down there, they’re just having a good old time kicking it. Maintenance is very slow. It doesn’t matter how significant the issue is it takes days. I’m starting slowly but surely to not like this complex. PICK UP THE PHONE AND ANSWER MAINTENANCE REQUEST PROMPTLY!!!!!
