Smart Living at Cypress Creek Apartment Homes

I’ve been living in these apartments for two years now, and I just want to give a huge shoutout to Joana. She has always been so kind and welcoming to me from day one. Her hospitality is truly lovely, and she always makes me feel valued as a resident. What I really appreciate is that she consistently picks up the office phone and is always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely caring. Thank you, Joana, for making my experience here such a positive one!

I had a great experience at Smart Living!! After my first contact the whole team put a lot of effort into finding an apartment for me. I was able to move in after 5 days and was highly satisfied with their service! 😊

I was unfortunate enough to call this place home for a year. When I moved in it seemed like a very nice complex but It went down hill very fast. My first month there was a scheduled fire alarm testing in each unit. By law they emailed in the correct time frame for me to get my unit ready for them. They then changed that time and went in just a couple hours after sending the email at which point I was at work. They went in my closet and threw everything into the hallway without care breaking some irreplaceable items. They went through 3 management companies in my one year of living there. People would fight and argue in the middle of the night. Peoples wheels get stolen on a regular basis. My truck was broken into and they tried to steal it (luckily they were unsuccessful) when I told manag

**HONEST REVIEW** 3.5/5 From someone who lived here for 2 years and have moved. Pros: Friendly staff Timely maintenance team (most of the time) Good place to just live at Location is nearby to good restaurants Quiet mostly Security is decent, at times inconsistent No bugs! (Except during hurricanes/storms) Cons: -Some stairwells could be better kept, I've seen trash/cobwebbs in building 5 -A multiple periods of time where wheels/tires were stolen, they've upped the security at those times -The gates are ALWAYS broken in my time here, if they are fixed they'll be broken a few days/weeks after, I've rarely seen instances of this in any neighborhood/apartment. -I've had issues with maintenance team where it can take them 3/4 attempts to actually fix something (a leak, broken AC), worst I've
