I've been a tenant with Slope Realty for 7 years. I had a great experience and all the staff that work at the office were always helpful to solve any problems that came up. Easy to get a hold of and great levels of communication.

I was living in a building that was managed by a different company who shall remain nameless, and they were doing a terrible job. After a series of escalating issues, the building's owner fired the management company and replaced them with Slope. Slope immediately fixed several outstanding problems, updated our horribly unreliable intercom system, and proved to be responsible and fair in my dealings with them. I got answers quickly, and the issues I raised were generally resolved within a few days, when possible (whereas before it would take weeks, if not months). When I had to break my lease, they worked with me to get a new tenant in, and also did a fair amount of work to my apartment (painting, replaced/updated appliances and fixtures) to make the unit more marketable. I've been a tenant with Slope Realty for 2 years and only have good things to say about the management. My apartment is in nice shape but when something does occasionally need to be repaired they are very responsive and typically fix it within a day or two.

I lived in one of Slope's buildings in Prospect Heights from 2016-2019 and absolutely loved it — the very few times I needed assistance (a burst pipe, a dead fridge fan, sticky keys), the management office was super-helpful and resolved my needs immediately. Slope's representatives are extremely nice, and I happily referred friends of mine into the building as well.

I was a tenant in one of Slope Realty’s buildings for five years. During that time we had a positive landlord–tenant relationship. I appreciated the ease of contacting them and their personal attentiveness.
