I’d like to start by stating I have been doing rental properties for over a decade and have had many different types of rentals over that time including commercial, single family, apartments etc. I wanted to try one property with these jokes and a property that never sat empty for more than 1 week in the past I turned over to them. It took them 3 months to get a tenant as “they use a very strict vetting process to find only the best tenants” the tenant failed in less than 2 months and the tenant guarantee proved to be nothing more than words! They literally waited till the tenant owed over $2300 3 months rent, and promised they had started the eviction process and over a month later when I inquired at the district justice nothing was even started. So now this puts me at 6 months lost rents

One of the worst company in the world License to scam We submitted and paid $100.00 for the application We have clean record, excellent credit, steady income, no pets etc etc We are the perfect candidates to rent. It have been two and Slatehouse scamming group haven't reply or call me about the status of application. I just realized, this is the perfect scam License to steal You pay $50.00 per person Probably thousand application and they can pocket thousand of dollar Be aware before you made the same mistake we did

The maintenance team is terrible. I repeatedly asked someone to come take a look at my water heater, as I had no hot water and low water pressure. It took them over a month to repair the issue. Fast forward to present day, I have a ceiling leak in my kitchen. I was told they were working on sending someone out, and that I would be contacted when they were on their way. Noone ever showed. I didn't even receive a courtesy or follow-up call. But, once rent is due they waste no time to notify you days in advance, even threatening to file a tenant-owner complaint if you are late. They lack empathy and consideration as many people are out of work, or have had work hours cut due to Covid-19. I won't be renting from them again....

Joe Stolz is our Property manager for our house in the Reading area. He is always very quick to reply to questions we may have and to handle any situations or requests that arise. We are very grateful we have him to take care of all our needs and those of our tenants! We don't have to worry about things if we want to go away on vacation either, because we know he will handle it all for us.
