Slate Run Apartments

Excellent Amazing, affordable place to live in Columbus. Within walking distance to so much. Karmen the manager is so nice and Mark with maintenance is extremely helpful and efficient. Very nice, quiet, secluded area with mature trees. I also love that the entire complex is one story - so no possibility of noise from residents above. Crime was never a concern I feel completely safe out at any time of the day or night - very well lit. The only reason I left was my pregnancy but I will go back as soon possible ❤️

Apartments are older so don't expect ultra modern. Property manager on site is excellent. Community is very quiet. Landscaping is kept up with, maintenance seems good. Apartment was clean when I moved in, somewhat dated, but the price reflects that, especially in the neighborhood which is nice. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience after a couple months. Update: 5/21/2019 I've gone from my initial review of 4 stars to 5 stars. It has greatly exceeded my expectations, people are friendly and quiet. Property manager is super friendly and responsive. I like what the area offers as well, it has been overall a great experience. Now, if I could manage to get into one of the bigger apartments. :)

The management is great. You can always see the property manager walking around and fixing up the place. Emergency maintenance is great too! When my key got stuck in the door they came within 30 minutes. Regular non-emergency maintenance comes within 24 hours. I am a single, young woman and felt very safe living here. The rent is cheap and the studio apartment is good if you like living a minimalistic lifestyle. The attic was nice so I could shove all my junk up there.

I loved living there. Slate Run is a great place for an affordable price. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and close to grocery stores within a short walking distance. I never had safety concerns or issues. There was a lot of close parking for myself and guests. Management was attentive and easy to work with. No complaints! Would recommend to anyone looking for good prices and a nice neighborhood in the northwest Cbus area. Bonus: Somewhere In Particular Brewery is just a short walk away, and has plenty of patio seating for craft beers and get-togethers on a summer evening!

Moved in on the 15th and had my key that day Carmen was amazing and friendly, Mark the maintenance guy is friendly and courteous and efficient. Carmen whenever I have questions she called me back as soon as she is able and answers all of my questions. If ever anyone is looking for a quiet neighborhood in Columbus without the drama this place is definitely it I already love living here
