Slate Hill

Slate Hill Apartments is a great place to live. I love it here so much that I recently signed another lease. It is located in a safe area and within close proximity to everything you could ever need. The rental rates are competitive and the in unit washer and dryer is an added bonus to the spacious floor plans. Meg and the entire Slate Hill team provide outstanding customer service and truly do care about each and every resident. I’m proud to call Slate Hill home!

I needed to move super soon, I inquired about the community & Meg reached out almost immediately to get me set up for a tour. I came in the same day & she was so kind, answered all the questions I had before I even asked them! I got my application in and got approved within less than 24 hours! She’s been so helpful & responsive the entire process which is such a relief in a time crunch. The community’s in a good area and seems quiet. 5 stars for customer service ⭐️ I’m looking forward to moving in 😊

From the first day I arrived at the office looking for a place to live, I knew it was the right one. I met the requirements as quickly as I could, and I am very grateful to the administrators. They helped me a lot with the entire process, as well as giving me some advice and recommendations. I had a small problem with a door, and they resolved it the same day. I highly recommend the place.

From the first phone call to get information on the 2 bedroom unit, to the in-person tour. Slate Hill has been very accommodating. I just moved in a few days ago and thus for things have been seamless. The unit was very clean. Information on how to set up internet was provided and even was delivered upon move in! ( My son was super excited about that!) I just am very grateful to have a safe place for my kids and I. Thanks to, Will, Megan and Keely! ~Shanda
