Slabtown Flats

I love the management team so much, they care about their work. They are diligent a d orderly and have good grace. I have section 8, and I would call it "close" how Kaleen followed up with the housing coordinator-- Kaleen handled her poor attitude with dignity and grace too and she kept holding my apartment for more than 30 days... I feel like that is the one time someone has gone out of their way to do a good deed and for me in a longg time...I appreciate and value their service highly!!! You would too!

This apartment complex has been so amazingly accomodating and Kaleen was truly such a pleasure to work with. I moved in and unfortunately the common area fragrance they spray activated my immune condition and I became quite unwell. They allowed me to leave same day after moving in and returning my security deposit. I don't know many properties that would do that for someone in regards to their health, and would probably throw on a hefty fee to break after signing. Kaleen is such a gem of a human being. She is easy to talk to and was very understanding throughout this very stressful process. I am sad I will not be living here but I can honestly say they worked with me quickly to prevent further distress! I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the leasing team if they were to move in

We moved to Portland a couple months ago and couldn’t be happier with our choice to live at Slabtown Flats. The management (Annie and Zach specifically) have been outstanding (to say the least). They made the move in process seamless. They are always available and find a solution/answer to every question we have had. The management alone is reason to live here! We don’t have a single complaint. We have had no issues with noise and appreciate that we feel so secure here. And our apartment is awesome! We love the big windows and the finishes are beautiful. We felt at home almost immediately. Location is great. We feel like we found a special gem! We highly recommend Slabtown Flats!

I lived in Slabtown for a year, and really enjoyed it. If I were not leaving wonderful Portland for a job change, I would have definitely renewed my lease. Managerial and maintenance staff are extremely professional. I felt very secure in the building, which is not something one can say in many of the "newer" buildings in Portland. There are regular socials, and most important of all, it's quiet! :)

I have a lot of great things to say about Slabtown Flats but specifically came here to discuss how amazingly responsive their admin and maintenance team are. We had put in a couple of different maintenance requests for small things in our apartment, and within 24 hours Justin contacted us and then came out to fix the issues. I've lived in many apartment complexes that have week long or sometime multiple week long waits for maintenance requests, so it's nice to have a management team that is so responsive and efficient.
