Warning! This company is a complete scam. I moved out of Encore 4505 on October 2nd 2025 with a guaranteed full security deposit refund due to no issues found within my unit that would prevent or Grant me my full security deposit refund. I was told by resident service managers and or coordinators that my refund would be issued within the 45-day period from October 2nd 2025. However, after multiple attempts of calling the office of Residence Services and speaking to Town Center Community Manager as well as Encore Residence service Manager pertaining to my security deposit, they gave me the run-around that my check was sent to the address that I previously moved out of within encore. I stayed at Avon lake drive snakes was in the bushes and breezeway in the summer they told us have buy our own snake repellent smh. They wouldn't replace my fridge they kept sending outtown fake mexican maintenance but it wouldn't keep my food cold temperatures all 400 worth of my food went bad .My stove element caught fire i had wait month get it replaced. My A C went out 3times. Had 5 shootings after they stopped paying for security and dpd presence. I loved the schools and area was close to clinics walking trails and shopping. While I was moving going back forth to hotel my door was kicked in and jammed. I'm writing a review here because I'm trying to get in contact with management who is responsible for Metro on Granby apartments and I'm under the idea this is the company. I have encountered several problems related to maintenance issues at my apartment and none have been resolved. I have left this write up on their review page via google: From my own experience, the front office personnel and maintenance team are very dishonest with how they conduct business. I have lived in many apartments in five states and this is the worst management because they do not complete any maintenance requests and refuse to apologize and take any ownership when I confront them. I was just notified by a note on my door that S.L Nausbaum is the new management company for West Wind in Charleston SC. Although I was hoping either Greystar or Equity would assume management I have some hope in the new management company. I'm hoping that the new management will actually take an interest in the property. I'm hoping that after months of open and closed work orders that my bathroom exhaust fan will work. I'm hoping that after a month my garbage disposal will work. I'm hoping that after several months that a pothole in the driveway will be fixed so that when someone is out running in the early morning they don't fall in it and have to call one of the numerous Personal Injury Attorneys in the Charleston area. I hope S.L. Nausbaum is better then Willowbridge!!!

I moved into Largo Landing Fellowship House in July 2018. Everyone is friendly, including, the office staff, security guards, and residents. The maintenance staff is awesome. Anything I need fixed in my apartment is resolved quickly. Largo Landing is a relax atmosphere for me. I love playing pool, listening to music in the common area and just shooting the breeze with my neighbors. The landscaping is ALWAYS maintained and building, both inside and out, is ALWAY kept clean. I am happy to call this place my home -- proud to have my family and friends come to visit me.
