We had a very difficult, stressful experience. A custom home is an expensive project to entrust to a company that doesn't always do it's best for the homeowner. We contracted with Skyway with confidence that they would do a fine job on our home based on the reviews several years back, but we were plagued during the entire project with easily avoidable mistakes and unnecessary delays from the very beginning. We could go into detail here, but suffice it to say that choosing this builder is also an easily avoidable mistake.

Fantastic! Highly recommend and they will be my first call next time! They rescreened our lanai and sealed our pavers. Beautiful! Arrived and completed the project on time. They were very professional and courteous and answered any questions!

Skyway Builders completed a custom home for us on the ICW in September, 2012. They are great to work with and built a quality home. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, easy to work with builder. Our only issue was a wine rack they had a subcontractor build for them. The sub got in over his head and was unable to finish the job. Skyway took over and built/installed our racks a month after we moved in. Unfortunately, that person feels he should be paid for work not completed and is trashing them in reviews.

Great honest builder. Built my first home in Palm Coast years ago. Top quality, detail oriented company that worked with us to make some changes to our floor plan. Recommend to friends and family.
