If I could give zero stars, I would. There have been numerous reports of stolen vehicles over the past two months. You would think extra safety measures would have been put in place, but instead I woke up to my car being gone. I understand that crime happens, but the lack of concern from management makes the situation even worse. When I moved in, I was told there was only one way in and one way out of the complex. That turned out to be untrue. There is a back gate with no camera access, and vehicles are apparently being stolen and driven out through there. This was never disclosed to residents. I’ve been trying to take my kids to the pool for the past four days, but the water has been green every single day. I went to the front office to ask about it, and they said they’d check with maintenance to see if it was safe. The answer I got? Yes, it’s safe. Honestly, I’m frustrated and extremely disappointed. How can anyone look at green water and confidently say it’s safe especially for children? I refuse to risk my kids health just because someone doesn’t want to deal with the problem. The fact that this has gone on for days without being fixed shows a serious lack of care for the residents. It feels like management just doesn’t take our concerns seriously, especially when it comes to health and safety. Families live here. Kids live here. That should matter. It’s not just about a pool

This place is cute, but that’s about it. The noise level is extremely disruptive and is the main reason I will not be renewing my lease. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful home where you can relax or read after work, this is not it. I was surprised by how many empty units there are, but after living here, it makes sense. The noise is constant and has made it difficult to fully relax in my own apartment. Management and maintenance have also been inattentive. With the number of vacancies, I expected better responsiveness, but that hasn’t been the case. I understand that apartment living always comes with trade-offs, but I’ve paid significantly less elsewhere for far more comfort and peace.

A first time renter here, Marissa made my entire application and move- in process as smooth as possible. Even after my move in, she has been checking on me to make sure everything is okay. So far Skyview Flats has been a great community for my daughter & I. I am in love with my apartment and kitchen, it is so spacious! Thank you Marissa and Skyview Flats team!

For my first year here, the experience was great. The original leasing staff was great, attentive, responsive, and quick to resolve issues. The property was kept up well and neighbors were respectful. Unfortunately, my second year was the opposite. The original staff left, and things started to go downhill. The community standards declined drastically, loud and inconsiderate neighbors, dogs left outside barking for hours, and dog waste/trash left around the property. The new parking policy made things worse, with guests taking resident spots, not parking in the visitor lot and little enforcement. There were multiple times where I had to park/walk from another building because there wasn’t parking available in front of or close to my building. The only “solution” offered was to pay extra
