From the moment i came to tour the apartment up to the moment i signed my lease i not only loved the property but Shannon in the office has made everything over the top! Thru all the questions i had and obstacles that came up (on my end) she truly has gone above and beyond..."gone the extra mile" as companies would say. Its so nice to have someone that has made the normal stressful move feel into the "Welcome Home" feel! Love her and love my new place!!

Shannon, the leasing agent is a very pleasant and welcoming individual. She also takes much initiative in maintaining peace and comfort around the property. She is highly intelligent and handy, and definitely knows and excels at what she's doing. Fighting!

I received a call from Jasmin she informed me that my name was pulled from the waiting list and I needed to go online and fill out an application I went online. I filled out the application. I paid a $35 application fee and I uploaded my documents. I’m moving from Texas so my previous employer was part time I gave her all of his information and when she called him and he gave her his email. She said it is not a business email. I reached out to Miss Jasmine today to ask her about my application to ask her. Did she receive my new offer letter for the hospital that hired me in Nashville because I was supposed to be moving to these apartments in August or September and she states your offer has been canceled for your apartment. I asked her why was it canceled because I turned in my new offer l

I was one of the first applicants before they opened when my then neighbor here on Hart lane applied, moved in a month later and I supposed he's still there. Applied again, left 7 msgs, STILL no follow up - but after these reviews i'm reading....I THINK I might be better off on Hart Lane. It is at least not noisy and for a senior like me, NO kids..
