I have nothing but the highest praise to give to Kevin and the wonderful folks at Skyline Rentals. I have been renting a two bedroom apartment for almost six years from them. I moved into my current apartment during the height of COVID. Although I did not need to utilize the city assistance for emergency rent during the COVID lockdowns, Skyline was proactive in delivering pertinent information to all tenants to ensure they have the proper paperwork and documentation if they fell behind on rent. It speaks volume to the helpfulness and thoughtfulness of the property management. I appreciate that they have 24/7 emergency services and have user-friendly web portal to pay rent, upload documents, and log maintenance requests. They almost always been able to resolve in a quick, efficient manner

Best rental property/ landlord I ever had. They work with you, always checking to make sure everything is up to code. I have a keypad lock and they come out every 3mos to change the battery. Easy to reach with any concerns. I love the way they reach out every time it’s going to be a storm from snow to rain. Both Ryan and Kevin are the best

Skyline is a winner here in Philly. I've been in the business for a decade - Skyline consistently builds what people want are looking for - character inside the unit to have it feel like a home and not just a rental, correct amount of bathrooms and extra half baths, room sizes fitting a king if need be, separate kitchens, and actual Closet Space. Also wonderfully built multi-level apartments. None of the cookie cutter, cheaply made spaces that we see all over the city nowadays. Well done Skyline. Keep em coming.
