This Management Company vacates homes without properly cleaning them. They promise to fix things and don’t. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I called to find out what the process of relocating/ breaking the lease was and The lady at the front desk Allie hung up the phone on me after she told me that my kids and I should get used to the rodent and junkie infested neighborhood. Also, having air conditioning is a luxury that they don’t have to provide. The fact that someone can tell you what your family should get used to is completely out of place and unprofessional. I would not recommend renting from this management company. We will not be renewing our lease. We are still searching for a cleaner safer environment. Basement kept flooding mold and they are liers about money. They help you get one of their properties and then come for the wrong people.

I’ve been a tenant for almost five years. I love my home and my rent is very affordable. When I first moved here the property manager Ms Donya Carroll was amazing. She was friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. She’s no longer with the company and now they have someone named Ann who is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have had to deal with since renting with this company. I hope I don’t have anymore issues that I have to call the office for because I can’t deal with her.

This company owns a vaccant property in my neighborhood. The property's backyard is covered with needles and is over run with junkies. The property owner has not secured the back yard and thus property continues to be a problem for the residents of our community. Police are called weekly to clear out the property. It is a waste of city resources and this company should be held responsible.

Skyline is one of the shadiest rental companies in the world. They are underhanded and vile. Check out their employee turn around. If I was warned before dealing with this company, I would have been so grateful. I wish I could give them no stars. Maintenance is terrible. Please check your bills as they often sneak in charges. I can't say anything great about this company. They are liars, untrustworthy and deceptive. Beware, Beware, Beware!!!
